Who provides the service

The seller is 301ST Ltd, 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Reach us through the form on this site or through the Telegram bot; replies go to the account email.

We run the service ourselves and do not resell someone else's infrastructure: the receiving machines are ours.

What we do

We host mail reception on a subdomain of your own domain. You name the domain, add the two DNS records we give you, and get a mailbox that receives all mail for that subdomain.

You collect the messages yourself over POP3S and IMAPS with your own software. We do not parse the content of your correspondence and we do not hand out confirmation codes over HTTP: the service has no such interface.

One exception, stated plainly: when a domain is switched on we send a service message to your new mailbox and look for our own marker in it automatically — that is how we check reception works. It happens once, before anything of yours arrives.

Price and charging

• A domain costs 10 US dollars per 30 days. The price is stated per 30 days rather than per calendar month: otherwise a February customer would pay more than a March one for the same thing.
• Payment is upfront: money goes onto the account balance, and domains are charged from it daily. The daily share is the price divided by 30.
• Days are counted in UTC. The day a domain is switched on is charged in full; switching it off the same day does not make that day free.
• The balance is a ledger: top-ups, charges and adjustments are only appended, and the balance is their sum. A negative balance is not allowed.
• If the balance does not cover every domain, the oldest subscriptions are paid first and the rest enter grace — visibly, in the panel.

How to pay

By cryptocurrency on the site, through a payment service. The balance is credited with the amount actually received: an overpayment is credited as it is. An underpayment is credited after review — the invoice stays open so you can top it up; a partial payment is not credited automatically, so that the top-up is not lost.

The invoice amount is fixed in US dollars when it is issued; which coin you pay in and at what rate is decided by the payment service on its own page.

By Telegram Stars in the bot. This is Telegram's requirement: digital services inside a bot are paid for in Stars only. Stars cost more than the same amount on the site, because Telegram sells them and inside the iOS and Android apps the store adds its share. That difference does not come to us.

The minimum first top-up is 20 US dollars.

Grace and releasing a domain

When the balance no longer covers a domain, it is marked unpaid and we may suspend reception for it. A suspension answers senders with a temporary failure rather than a permanent one: they retry, so messages are delayed, not lost.

If payment does not arrive within 30 days, we may release the domain and the name becomes available to others. We remove the MX record ourselves when we still hold working access to your zone; on the manual path removing it is yours to do.

These are rights, not scheduled obligations: we do not guarantee that a suspension or a release happens exactly at the stated moment.

Refunds

We refund the unspent balance only, on request through support, within 90 days of the top-up, less the network fee. A refund is issued by an operator by hand: there is no automatic refund button.

A refund goes to the address you state and confirm in the request, not to the address the payment came from: with many wallets and exchanges the sending address does not belong to the payer, and refunding there would mean paying the wrong person.

A spent balance is not refunded. A payment made in Stars is refunded in Stars.

Your obligations

• Use only your own domains — ones whose DNS records you are entitled to change.
• Follow the acceptable use policy: it is part of this agreement and lives on its own page.
• Keep your account password and mailbox credentials secret. Anything done with your access counts as done by you.
• Do not resell the service to third parties without a separate agreement with us.

Our obligations, and what we do not promise

We keep the receiving machines running and work to make mail arrive. We do not yet offer a service level agreement, and we do not pretend that we do.

Messages older than 72 hours are removed by an automatic cleanup that runs every hour — so a message lives up to 72 hours plus a little, until the next sweep. We keep no backups of message content: the service is transit, not storage.

We may suspend the service on a breach of the acceptable use policy, on abuse complaints, or when our infrastructure providers require it.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the unspent balance on your account. We are not liable for lost profit, nor for the consequences of a message arriving late or being deleted after 72 hours.

The service is provided as is. What you use the received mail for is your responsibility.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms. Material changes are announced on the site and in the bot before they take effect; continuing to use the service accepts the new version.

This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are heard in the courts of England and Wales.
